All sales are final on non-defective merchandise. This is merchandise that is not defective, not damaged, or was not received in error. All golf clubs are made from custom components and can not be disassembled and returned.
Assembled Golf Clubs - Returns On Defective Merchandise
All claims for defective or damaged merchandise must be made with Golfideas within 10 days of the invoice date. For returns on defective merchandise, please send E-mail with Your Name, Phone Number, Invoice Number and Description of defects to returns@golfideas.com, and we will contact you with return shipping instructions. Once we receive the returned defective merchandise, you will be offered either a replacement of the merchandise. You will also be credited for all returned shipping charges.
Assembled Golf Clubs - Returns On Broken Equipment Due To Craftsmanship
If any of our clubs should fail due to our workmanship please send the product back to us, it will be repaired or replaced and shipped back to you. In the unlikely event that you would have to return a club for repair, please email us and let us know you are returning the club.
DETAILED WARRANTY INFORMATION:
1. Any shaft broken 2 inches or more above the hosel will be classified as an abused club.
2. Any dents on the top, bottom or sides of club will be considered abused. THESE NEW OVERSIZE HEADS ARE VERY THIN TO KEEP THE WEIGHT DOWN. BE CAREFUL,NOT TO SLAM THEM AGAINST THE GROUND THEY WILL DENT.
3. Clubs that has had repairs not made by us voids the warranty.
4. ALL CLUBS CAN BE RETURNED FOR REFUND IF UNUSED AND COMPONENTS CAN BE RETURNED IF THEY HAVE NOT BEEN ASSEMBLED.
